How We Help

Our immigration services team helps clients navigate a wide range of immigration related matters in over 30 different languages. Our Staff Attorney and Department of Justice Accredited Representatives work to help clients with various matters, including securing legal documents, filing applications to help them progress on their path to U.S. citizenship, and reunite with family members who reside overseas.

Currently, JVS is prioritizing green card applications for current or former clients of any JVS service. Anyone requesting other immigration services is placed on our waitlist or provided with a referral list to seek representation through partner organizations or local attorneys.

Individuals seeking immigration services can join our waitlist at our front desk Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.
